The cheap theatre has moved. In most towns that would mean that some old theatre has just been deemed to uncool and so it becomes a cheap theatre. And in most cities I think cheap theatres are around the 4$ range. In this town it means a brand new shiny theatre with a brand new huge parking lot has just gone up near all the new subdivisions. And they are charging $2.25. Same as before. Perhaps the jokes about how cheap we are is true, or perhaps it is just more evidience that governments here really don't get how to grow a city. |
