As she was talking about the teacher who gave a 30 minute presentation on how important it was to consult the field trip binder when planning an outing I was reminded of the flight attentdant who loves safety. She talked for 15 minutes about the safety exits. And if you looked away for a second she yelled. And she explained for 3 solid minutes the importance of looking out the window to see if there was a fire right there. And then 2 minutes about how Air France was a text book evacuation in horrible conditions. I was in the seat ahead of the poor suckers who had to stare at her the whole time. They laughed when she left. We all did. And then she turns and said, "Are you laughing at me, because later you will be kissing my feet". What the heck? |
