My parents have become quite obsessed. I mean, my Dad always watches the Nature shows anyway and now he is totally addicted to the Eagles Nest.

Tonight I talked to them about the days occurences at the Nest. My Mom reported they had been quite concerned about an 8 minute period where both birds were away from the nest. Their concern was quite real.

I asked some questions about possible scenarios and observations they made in this 8 minute period.

And then I began to giggle. I have this image in my head... Those two birds leave there eggs alone for some period and a predator approaches as 40 000+ viewers around the world start banging on there monitors shoeing the predator away.
